The Product
What is Elfie Basics?
Free App
A personal health companion
Elfie Basics is a free, mobile-first health app — available in Bahasa Indonesia — that helps employees track and improve their wellbeing through guided programs and health assessments.
Engagement
Gamified health habits
Health challenges, activity tracking, stress monitoring, and a daily engagement loop keep employees returning. The platform is designed to build lasting health behaviours, not one-time checkups.
The GD Link
The gateway to clinical care
Elfie Basics surfaces health risks and creates a natural pathway to clinical services — GP consultations, specialist referrals, and chronic disease management — all delivered by GD.
Why it matters for GD: Elfie Basics extends GD's reach into partner populations before a health event occurs. It creates warm, health-engaged users who are more likely to use GD services when they need them.
Revenue Model
The Referral Commission Structure
GD earns a commission for every user we bring to Elfie Basics. No integration. No tech work. No API.
| Event | Trigger | GD Earns |
| Install | User installs Elfie Basics via GD referral link | IDR 2,500 |
| Registration | User completes account creation | IDR 7,500 |
| Activation | User completes first health assessment | IDR 5,000 |
| Maximum per user | All three events completed | IDR 15,000 |
No adverse scenario exists. GD only pays nothing — Elfie pays GD per event. Even a partial funnel (install only) generates revenue. Higher completion rates generate more, but there is no cost or risk at any activation level.
The Opportunity
Why the GD network makes this powerful
Day 1
Time to Revenue
No integration required. GD rolls out a referral link to all partner populations immediately. Revenue begins with the first install.
0
Engineering Hours
No API. No backend. No deployment. Attribution is handled entirely by Elfie's platform using the GD referral link.
All
Partner Populations
Every current GD corporate and insurer partner can be rolled out to immediately — no partner-by-partner technical setup.
Scale example: On a base of 50,000 partner employees, even 20% activation (10,000 users completing all 3 events) generates IDR 150,000,000 in referral revenue — with zero GD cost.
The Flow
How Elfie Basics works in practice
01
GD distributes the link
GD shares the Elfie Basics referral link with partner HR teams and employees via existing comms channels — WhatsApp, email, app notifications, and benefits portals.
02
Employee installs & registers
Employee downloads Elfie Basics, creates an account, and completes their first health assessment. Elfie's platform attributes the user to GD automatically via the referral link.
03
GD earns & the loop begins
GD receives commission per event. The employee is now in a managed health journey — and when they need clinical care, GD is the natural next step via in-app CTAs.
04
Clinical revenue follows
Health-engaged users with identified risk factors convert to GD consultations, specialist referrals, and chronic care — at higher rates than unengaged populations.
Elfie Basics is the top of funnel. GD Basics is the downstream clinical revenue engine. Basics creates the engagement; GD captures the care.
Expected Impact
Revenue at scale — conservative assumptions
| Partner Base | Adoption Rate | Activated Users | Referral Revenue (IDR) |
| 10,000 employees | 15% | 1,500 | 22,500,000 |
| 10,000 employees | 30% | 3,000 | 45,000,000 |
| 50,000 employees | 15% | 7,500 | 112,500,000 |
| 50,000 employees | 30% | 15,000 | 225,000,000 |
| 100,000 employees | 20% | 20,000 | 300,000,000 |
This is the floor, not the ceiling. Referral commissions are the direct revenue. The downstream value — GD consultations, specialist referrals, and chronic care bookings from health-activated employees — is substantially larger and not captured here.
