The full ElfieWorks dashboard is built for sophisticated HR/benefits teams. Our Indonesian corporate clients — typically HR managers or group insurance buyers — will be seeing this for the first time. The goal is to show value quickly, not show everything.

4. Questions for Grace
- Dashboard configurability: Can sections be hidden, reordered, or placed behind an "advanced view" toggle? We want a minimal landing experience without permanently removing sections.
- Label / naming customisation: Can module and section labels be renamed in-app? e.g. replacing "ElfieWorks" with "GD Health" or "Good Doctor Health" throughout.
- AI chatbot rebranding: Can the AI chatbot persona be rebranded and its default questions customised to reflect GD services and the Indonesian context?
- Member onboarding flow: What does health assessment onboarding look like for new members? Is it fully digital (self-reported), or does Elfie support hybrid options (e.g. uploading results from a physical MCU/health screening)?
- Bahasa Indonesia localisation: Is the platform available in Bahasa Indonesia, or is localisation on the roadmap? This is a hard requirement for broad corporate rollout in Indonesia.
- Basics referral tracking: What attribution does Elfie provide for the Basics referral program — can we see which members were referred through GD, and track their downstream health or engagement outcomes?
- Mockup timeline: Once GD sends assets (logo, colours, deep links), what is the expected turnaround for a co-branded mockup?
