AXA asked. We ran a PoC. They built it themselves.
GD ran a PHM pilot with AXA. They loved it. GD didn't move fast enough. AXA built in-house — and GD lost all visibility, all data, and all recurring revenue from that relationship. The demand is real. The window closes.

Elfie Works is a battle-tested PHM platform used by corporate clients across Asia. Grace McNamara: "Elfie reduces deck debt." GD gets the commercial benefit without carrying the engineering cost or operational risk.

GD only pays Elfie for users who activate. Low activation = lower cost, positive margin. High activation = clinical revenue downstream. No adverse scenario at any activation level. The full IDR 500k counts as GD revenue.

Select one insurer or corporate from Ocha's warm pipeline. Launch the co-branded Capitation premium tier. Validate activation rates over 60–90 days before broad rollout.

Send co-brand assets to Grace
GD logo (PNG, transparent), brand color codes, and deep link URLs for all five GD services. Dee to confirm co-brand name (Good Doctor Health vs Good Doctor × Elfie). Grace targets same-day mockup turnaround.

Book alignment call before May Asia visit
Grace McNamara is targeting a May Asia visit. Use this to formalise commercial terms and sign an MOU. Siska to coordinate a prep call with Grace before then to confirm pilot terms.
